In Heathrow’s latest bid to drive growth in the UK’s great cities and regions, new advertisements featuring Bristol & Bath go live today across all the terminals at the UK’s only hub airport.
The six-week partnership with Invest Bristol & Bath is part of a year-long campaign seeking to drive foreign direct investment across the UK. The campaign gives Bristol & Bath a unique opportunity to showcase why the region is a great place to invest, work and live to the airport’s 22 million annual business travellers. The advertisements at Heathrow highlight the region’s strength in virtual reality, animation and robotics and position as a world-class destination for innovation and creativity.
Serving more than 180 global destinations, Heathrow is already the West of England’s gateway to the world. New surface access improvements – including Western Rail Access which will cut journey times to Bristol by half an hour when it comes online in the next decade – will further boost inward investment and tourism to the region.
