Emersons Green also includes the well-established Harlequin and Emerald Business Parks and the new Vertex Business Park, where Chancery Gate has recently acquired a site to speculatively develop a 110,000 sq ft multi-use scheme alongside occupiers such as ALD Automotive and DPD.

Key features:

  • Stoford Developments last year completed a new 45,000 sq ft HQ building for ALD Automotive
  • DPD recently opened the doors to their new 70,000 sq ft unit
  • Another 250,000 sq ft is in the pipeline including further research centre investments from universities
  • The University of Bath has achieved funding to build its new £60m Institute for Advanced Automotive Propulsion Systems (IAAPS) at the Science Park
