Bath and NE Somerset Council (the Council) acts as accountable body for the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership, the publishers of this website..The Council doesn’t capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this Web site, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, or by inquiring about any of our services. In these latter cases, the personal data you give the Council will be used exclusively for providing you with the information you have requested by the Council and its partners Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and North Somerset Council (the Councils).

We don’t pass any of your personal data to organisations outside the Councils and/or individuals, except with your express consent, unless there is a lawful requirement to do so, for example, the National Fraud Initiative.

The Council’s web applications only use cookies to assist in site navigation and session management so visitors to our site remain anonymous.
