A strategic location for logistics and distribution

The Avonmouth-Severnside Enterprise Area (EA) is our region’s hub for logistics and distribution. Adjacent to Bristol Port and a half-hour drive from Bristol Airport, the site provides all the global connections you need to grow your business. Close to the M4/M5 motorways, 85% of the UK’s population live within a 4.5-hour drive. The Enterprise Area is the ideal site for businesses in the warehousing, distribution, waste and energy-processing sectors. Bristol Port is the UK’s most central deep-sea port, with 67% of the UK population living within 250 kilometres.
