Support in the region

The West of England has been instrumental in Women’s Work Lab’s growth, providing a strong business network and shared commitment to social impact.

With a firm foundation in Bristol, the organisation is now poised for national expansion, taking the success of the region to a broader stage. The backing of the region has been invaluable, and as Women’s Work Lab grows, it remains committed to driving positive change both locally and beyond.

"The South West is full of brilliant businesses, forward-thinking employers, and a strong sense of community, which makes it the perfect place to drive change. We started here because we believe in this region, and we’re excited to keep growing and making an even bigger impact."

Future plans

Women’s Work Lab is committed to expanding its reach and impact. Having already transformed the lives of hundreds of mothers in the South West, the organisation now has plans for national expansion. The new headquarters in Bristol serves as a strategic base to facilitate this growth, allowing for the development of new partnerships and the scaling of its programmes across the UK. Additionally, Women’s Work Lab aims to collaborate with more businesses to create inclusive employment opportunities and influence policy discussions around supporting mothers returning to work.
