Weston Enterprise Area is made up of a range of employment sites which are allocated for Use Classes E, B2 and B8 and therefore the following can be developed at this location:
- Office other than a use within Class A2
- Research and development of products or processes
- Industrial processes compatible with residential areas
- Industrial
- Storage or distribution

Positioned alongside the M5, it has easy access to the rapidly expanding Weston-Super-Mare, the South West and South Wales.

Four key sections
- Weston Business Quarter: A 36-hectare commercial site which forms part of the wider Haywood Village development. The site is home to a cluster of knowledge-intensive technology, media, telecoms and manufacturing businesses and is allocated for Use Classes E, B2 and B8.
- Westland Distribution Park: This site comprises 345,211 sq ft of fully serviced industrial space across 25 acres, located on the main arterial route into Weston-Super-Mare.
- Weston Gateway Business Park: Close to J21 on the M5, this site provides modern industrial, distribution and office space and is allocated for Use Classes E, B2 and B8.
- South Gate: Adjacent to the M5, this site allocates 4.7 hectares for Use Classes E, B2 and B8.
