Avonmouth - Severnside Enterprise Area

Covering 1,800 hectares, this site is the perfect location for businesses in the warehousing and energy processing sectors – with its large-scale logistics and distribution hub.

Spread across the central Bath and Somer Valley, this site offers a mix of office and manufacturing space. The Zone is well-connected and is linked with the region’s world-renowned advanced engineering cluster.

This tech hub has a reputation for ground-breaking research. Home to the Bristol & Bath Science Park, it connects entrepreneurs and established brands with investors and academia.

Located on the northern fringe of Bristol, Filton has direct access to London and Cardiff, and is home to world-class aerospace and aviation technology.

Train at Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone

Temple Quarter is one of the UK’s leading regeneration and infrastructure development programmes. Temple Quay is home to financial and professional services, whilst Temple Studios offers a creative hub. Temple Quarter’s sites are all within a 15-minute walk of Bristol Temple Meads train station.

Located alongside the M5, Weston EA has easy access to the South West and South Wales, as well as Weston-Super-Mare. This mixed-use site is home to the Weston Business Quarter, the Food Enterprise Zone and Parklands Village.
