The West of England’s most ambitious development opportunities will take centre stage in the Western Gateway Pavilion at UKREiiF 2025, the UK’s largest real estate investment and infrastructure forum. Representing the region at the Western Gateway Pavilion, the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is joining forces with Cardiff Capital Region to promote cross-border investment, regeneration and sustainable growth.
This year’s Pavilion will showcase the very best of Bristol, Bath and beyond - from the major regeneration of Bristol Temple Quarter, one of Europe’s largest city centre redevelopment projects, to Bath Quays, the city’s flagship business district that’s connecting historic infrastructure with future-facing innovation.
Helen Godwin, the new Mayor of the West of England, said: “Whether it’s Bath Quays, Bristol Temple Quarter, Brabazon, or much more, the West of England is primed for investment – with billions already secured. New homes and new infrastructure are crucial for our growing region, which remains ambitious for the future.
“The West of England has had the strongest recent economic growth of any combined authority, testament to the innovation and efforts of our businesses and workers. Working with national government, our region is full of further opportunity which can be unlocked with the right investment.”
UKREiiF provides a platform to connect the region with developers, investors and industry leaders, with the Pavilion featuring major projects across the West of England and South Wales - including updates on Brabazon and regional infrastructure, as well as wider ambitions to harness the tidal power of the Severn Estuary.
The Western Gateway Pavilion will host key speakers and decision-makers from across local government and industry, including the newly elected Mayor of the West of England, who will join senior leaders from Cardiff, Newport and Bristol, YTL Developments, PwC, and the Temple Quarter LLP.
With a proven track record of economic growth, innovation and collaboration, Bristol and Bath are primed for future investment. Join us at the Pavilion to discover how you can be part of one of the UK’s most dynamic, high-growth regions.
